What we are doing today

Structure and navigation

We use consistent page headings, visible navigation, descriptive links, and logical content sections to help users orient themselves quickly.

Readable presentation

We aim for strong contrast, scalable text, and layouts that adapt across mobile and desktop screens without requiring horizontal scrolling for normal reading.

Keyboard access

Interactive elements such as navigation controls, links, and the cookie preferences controls are intended to be operable from a keyboard.

Image handling

Decorative imagery is presented without unnecessary alternative text, while brand and meaningful interface imagery is given accessible labelling where needed.

Known limitations and ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time state. Some pages may evolve as service content is expanded, and some visual treatments or spacing choices may continue to be refined over time.

We are working towards maintaining an experience that aligns as closely as practicable with recognised accessibility good practice, including the principles reflected in WCAG 2.2 AA.

Compatibility

This site is designed for modern browsers and responsive layouts. Performance, rendering, or assistive-technology behaviour may vary depending on browser version, device configuration, and user settings.

Review cycle

We review this statement as the website evolves. Material changes to navigation, content patterns, or interactive features should trigger a further review of accessibility considerations.
