Do you host user-generated content accessible to the public in the EU?
If you are a non-EU hosting service provider whose services can be used to disseminate information to the public in the EU, you may be required to designate a legal representative under the Terrorist Content Online Removal Regulation (TCOR). Upon receiving a supervisory authority removal order, you are required to remove or disable access to terrorist content within one hour. A Lionheart TCOR Legal Representative acts as the communication channel between your organisation and EU and national competent authorities — ensuring removal orders and suspension decisions reach the right person in your organisation without delay.

Our focus
TCOR compliance is operationally intensive. The one-hour removal window is a hard statutory deadline — not a target. Lionheart's TCOR service is structured to handle the receipt, logging and escalation of removal orders in a controlled, auditable way, using defined internal procedures and service levels aligned with the Regulation's requirements. Ireland's common law judicial environment also provides an accessible forum for challenging removal orders where your legal team advises that is appropriate.
